Pharmacy benefits manager, Caremark, learned that bigger isn’t always better when they launched their new website. By choosing Exclaim over incumbent global agencies, Caremark received the personalized attention, rapid response and fresh perspective needed to persuade plan participants to switch to the new site.
Our campaign, “Your Prescription for a Healthier Workplace,” targeted benefits managers at the largest U.S. corporations. It delivered digital toolkits and Life Savers candies inside customized, larger-than-life pill bottles. Each toolkit contained promotional items, brochures, a microsite link and explanatory videos. We wanted benefits managers to understand how the new website makes their jobs easier and how to use the toolkit to promote the website to their employees.
Caremark’s goal was to convert a million users within a year. But our personalized, flawlessly-executed campaign reached the million-user mark in just eight months!
